JVS LLC provides knowledge based business consulting services. Our services fuse operational, financial, engineering, technical and process relationships together to form clear descriptions of business process areas. Understanding the current environment allows us to identify and describe business activities that are either working or need improvement. With this insight we are now able to develop economic models and solutions for our clients. The discrete benefit from integration of the seemly independent valuables provide a platform for observation and understanding of the actual business process that exists in a giving engagement. Working with our client we can then define and describe the desired business outcome, related strategic and effective business rules and measure of the effectiveness that can be instituted in the client organization with clear risk mitigation controls.
With that we apply our accounting, financial management, organization development, and portfolio management methodology to a variety of products that usually includes Business Cases Analysis, Investment Decision Support, more in-depth Risk Mitigation Scenarios, and adaptive finical management solutions for cost controls and savings, resource allocation, and other client desired uses.

As a response to Mitigation of Obstructions within the 20:1 Visual Area Surface, as described in Section 3.3.2.c of FAA Order 8260.3B, United States Standard for Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS). JVS LLC developed the Surface Visualization Module (SVM) for the Office of Airports GIS. Click on the IGIS video for an overview of the SVM capability.
IGIS is the JVS LLC open-source geographic information system. Some significant characteristics of IGIS are:

Applies real time actual airport data in a realistic modeling and simulation mode. Air traffic scenarios to support the visual validation of planned modifications to airports can be easily adapted.

Full-scale ATCT mockups to support various simulation studies, airport runway models with realistic and relevant aircraft operations and variable sequences (20:1, …), obstacle risk mitigation and compliance reporting for FAA Order 8260.3B.

Computer Aided Design and 3D Real-Time Model Generation Support for airport modeling by developing and validating airport models and database files using Autodesk CAD applications,

Easily customize architecture highly adaptive to all open-source products, daily environment library functions. Examples: BAE Systems “SOCET SET”, Presagis “Creator”, and Adobe “Photoshop’ using input from airport surveys, aerial and panoramic photographs, and other sources. These software applications help create Model simulation files required for deliverables.
